3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 c. flour
1 t. soda
1/2 t. baking powder
3 t. cinnamon
1 t. salt
2 t. vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. nuts (optional)
1 c. raisins (optional)
Mix eggs, sugar, oil, add zucchini and vanilla etc.
Bake @ 350 for 1 hour.
Makes 2 large loaves.

This is my favorite thing in the whole wide world. I'm glad you posted the zucchini chocolate cake and the brownies. I have never had them but definitely want to. Now the problem is, is who wants to give me a zucchini???? Takers anyone, anyone, anyone....
