Mexican Rice

Blend in blender:
1/3 c. onion
2-3 garlic cloves
2-3 tomatoes

Brown 2 c. rice in a little oil.

Add tomato sauce.
Let it boil & cover or simmer on low. 25 min-ish.

*The trick to Mexican rice is to not add too much water. Then it gets all sticky and mushy.
