Oatmeal

3 c. water
1 c. oatmeal
1/4 c. sugar
1 t. salt

Put all together in a saucepan and turn up til boiling. Stir occasionally til thick. Serve with milk on top. For variety add raisins or dehydrated apples from the Family Cannery, while cooking.

Makes: 3-1 cup servings, for a family of 6 I double it.
