I love crockpot recipes and here is one even my kids like.
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 16oz jar salsa
1 c. sour cream
flour tortillas
Spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray. Put in chicken with salsa on top. Cook on high 6-8 hours or low 10-12 hours. Mix in sour cream the last hour. Shred chicken. Fold into warm tortillas with lettuce and grated cheese.

yummmm I have never tried that I'm definitely going to make that. Maybe tomorrow, then Ryan won't have to have mac and cheese made without any milk.

ReplyDeleteWe made thse yesterday and they turned out so good!! Definitely a recipe I will use over and over again. I loved how I could have it cooking while I was gone all day at work then come home and have it done.
