Yummy Pumpkin Cake

A recipe from Skip's friend. Thanks!

1 yellow cake mix
1 cube margarine
Mix together to make a crust.

Put into 9x13 inch pan all of the crust except for 1 cup. Set aside.

1 small can pumpkin
2 beaten eggs
3/4 c sugar
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 3/4 c. evaporated canned milk (13 oz)

Mix the above ingredients together then add the canned milk last and mix.
Pour over the crust you made earlier.

Add to the 1 cup crust mixture the following
1/2 c. sugar
1 TBSP Butter
Mix together until crumbly, sprinkle over the top.

Bake 1 hour at 350.
Serve with cool whip or whip cream

(She didn't have pumpkin pie spice so instead she used 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp cloves and 1/2 tsp nutmeg and only cooked it for 50 minutes)
