Whole Wheat Bread or Rolls

I made this recipe last night when we made pizza pockets. I used the remaining dough and made cinnamon rolls. It's quite healthy (unless you make cinnamon rolls and put all the sugar stuff on)

2 tbsp yeast
2 cups lukewarm water (16 oz)
1/4 cup honey
3/4 cup olive oil
2 eggs
6 cups whole wheat flour
2 tsp. salt

Dissolve yeast in water and honey for about 10-15 min. Place all ingredients in bowl (I use the bosch) Knead until it loosens from sides of the bowl. Let rise until double. Bake at 375 degrees until browned.
