Peach Cobbler

Put 2 cups peaches in a circular or square 8x8 pan or casserole dish. (I use a large can of peaches and drain most of the juice.)
Sprinkle 1/2 t. cinnamon, 2 T. sugar, & 2 T. flour on top of peaches.

Next, mix in seperate bowl:
2 c. flour
4 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
2/3 c. sugar
3/4 c. shortening or oil
add milk til mixture reaches a pancake consistancy.

Pour mixture on top of peaches in pan and bake at 375 for 35-45 min. Until top is lightly browned and fork comes out clean.
