3 c. water
1 c. rice
1/4 c. sugar
1 t. salt
Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Turn range to high and let water start boiling. As soon as it boils, turn it to med-low, cover and let simmer til rice is no longer hard.
Hint: An easy way to cook rice--get a rice cooker--I have an Aroma and I love it!
Makes: 3-1 c. servings, I double this recipe for my family of 6.
