Tin Foil Dinners

Ground Burger, uncooked & patted into patties
Carrots, peeled and chopped, or dehydrated from the family cannery. Just rehydrate them by
adding water and letting them sit for 20 min.
Potatoes, peeled and sliced
Onion, sliced, I use minced onion when I don't have fresh

Put one patty on a square of tin foil. Top with the remaining ingredients to your liking. Salt and pepper, then fold tin foil up and pinch together. Cook at 350 for 1 hour.

  1. I am loving this blog of yours. You have already given me so many ideas for dinners and other meals. I want to contribute but I just can't think of a recipe that would be easy to do with food storage. But I"ll keep thinking.
